In partnership with the Municipality of Tirana, ASET Center has made it a tradition to promote the history, cultural heritage, and natural beauty of Tirana – now through the offering of tourist guides by young people dressed in traditional costumes, trained to convey the history and tradition of the Capital. These special initiatives have contributed for several years to promoting cultural heritage and improving the tourist experience in the Albanian capital. They have been significant in promoting national identity, developing cultural tourism, and educating younger generations about the preservation of traditions.

The guides have offered tourists an authentic and unique experience, immersing them in Albanian culture and history through visual and informative presentations. The youth, dressed in traditional costumes from different regions of Albania, present a lively and engaging image of cultural heritage. This helps tourists to better understand the diversity and richness of Albanian traditions, providing them with an experience that goes beyond traditional tours.

The participation of young people in this process has not only empowered them as ambassadors of their culture, but also helped them pass on traditions to future generations. These young people learned about the history and culture of their country, and shared this knowledge with visitors, making them an important part of preserving national heritage.
